The apartment is close to the main old town area. There are multiple places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk. We did not have a car, but for those with a car an underground 24 hour parking garage is a 2 min walk away. The communication with the staff was excellent. We had a maintance issue and they rectified the problem as soon as possible.

Estupendo alojamiento en el centro de Zagreb

El edificio donde están los apartamentos está viejo, pero el piso de los apartamentos es moderno y está muy bien cuidado. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede visitar Zagreb a pie y desayunar a 2 minutos del alojamiento. A pesar de no haber una recepción, estábamos en contacto con los responsables por WhatsApp.

Fantastic Stay at LOOX!

I had a wonderful stay at LOOX with my mother. The location is absolutely perfect—super central and within walking distance of everything we needed. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean, and well-maintained. Marija was fantastic—communication was fast, easy, and super helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back in the future!

Fantastic Stay at LOOX

I had a wonderful stay at LOOX with my mother. The location is absolutely perfect—super central and within walking distance of everything we needed. Ubicación extraordinaria, muy céntrico para ir andando a todos los sitios de interés, supermercado y tiendas al lado. El apartamento tiene utensilios para dos personas junto con termo para café y té. Lo único que no hay parking privado y dejarlo en uno cerca es muy caro.

The Loox was a great experience. Easy check-in and check- out. Very centrally located in the lower town and easy walking distance to the upper town. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb.
