“They offerred very spacious suite twin room with 4 double bed for us. Actually I booked and paid for twin room only. The room and bed was clean and comfort. The staff are very helpful and nice. Even I came back to collect my suitcases after checking out for 3 days, they still show their kindness and help. Also, very good breakfast was available.”

“Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así. I love the stay in the hotel not only for the clean and the comfy of the room but Reynaldo the manager was very kind and help me to get my bus ticket to Lima he was so kind……

“I stayed in Cusco and had a great experience. The location was convenient, close to the main square, and within walking distance of several local spots worth checking out. The staff was respectful and helpful when I needed anything, and the space itself was clean and well-kept. One thing to note is that Cusco’s altitude hits hard if you're not used to it. I appreciated that coca tea was available. It helped. Overall, it was a solid stay and a good base for exploring the Sacred Valley and……

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……
