"We had the most amazing experience staying at West Woos Zahle. The service, the staff and the manager Marielle were so friendly and provided an exceptional customer service. The food at the Omnya Restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this place if you come to Zahle, Lebanon."

"The property is very clean' the underground parking (free) is very convenient so as not to rely on street parking; the rooms are quite spacious and the junior suites were very reasonably priced; the welcome fruit plate was a nice touch"
