Feel awful. came down to the reception to complain and I heard the complaining from other western people had a same drone experience. shame on you chinese!!!”

“Overall we had a lovely stay! Hotel manager ensured good communication by email upon check-in and throughout. We got upgraded to sea view, the small touches made a comfortable stay. Staff were lovely, well spoken, polite, look happy. There is a lovely woman who sings throughout the day and evenings, such wonderful voice.
