“Great location and that it’s right on the border of the entrance to Victoria Falls. I went to the Falls almost every day. The sister property, which is Royal Livingston had additional restaurants, a bar and a spa, which was right on the Zambezi river and a relaxing experience. On all of the attributes I rated excellent. The only reason I gave it four and not five stars is because the Avani hosts conference is quite regularly. With all the conference hours, it just was a bit more overpopulated in……

“Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. We made a couple of friends. Would like the room to be cleaned at least once per week as we are not there most of the time with clean towels daily as the towels do not dry completely after use when not hanging outside to dry. Will definately come again in December and will recommend Fawlty Towers to friends and family. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. We didn't want to leave.”
