“Ended up not staying at this hotel and has asked Hotel.com to return my deposit which I have yet to receive. The premises has no electricity when we arrive and the "room" we were finally offered was at the end of the property amongst some construction sites. Fearing for our security we decided to let the management know we are not staying.”
