“Spent a week at Villa Pascal and had a lovely relaxing time. The villa was clean and well appointed. The TV channels were mainly in French and German so take a laptop with VPN to connect if you want to watch more English channels other than Sky or Bloomberg news. Set above Monchique in the hills, the villa offers peace and quiet with just the sound of the trees rustling in the wind most of the time. Hardly heard the neighbouring property at all. Only one restaurant within walking distance but……

“The Stone House, lovingly owned by Mark and Sharon was a step back in time. The stone structure, while I suspect it was built many years ago still had all of the modern conveniences you would want.This well appointed home was set in the mountains and we were able to step out of modern chaos and truly relax. “Extremely musty stench and needed to be aired out. There is also ants in the kitchen area. We kept the windows open and heard the beautiful birds and diesel car engines all night long. Inexpensive but did not look like the picture. Would not recommend for longer than one night. The area of vila nova de milfontes is beautiful and the location outstanding. ”
