“This house is a five minute walk down the stairs to the beach, and the patio has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with and overall the house is cozy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so it’s really only good for kids (and depending on their height they might bump their heads). “We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. We did the walk into the village and it’s very doable. There is some elevation so may not be ok for some but our whole……
