“Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road. Hotel itself was fair. Breakfast though was really good.”

“Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour ”

“Very hospitable owners of this house ❤️ Thanks to Vova and Khatuna for such a meeting ❤️ You are great! I liked it! They met me at the airport ❤️ then they also have a very tasty breakfast ❤️ the house itself is new, they opened only this year ❤️ The rooms are super comfortable, the level of a four-star hotel, that's the minimum ❤️ Vova's vodka is just super!
