“Great spot within walking distance of most North Shore activities, including PNC Park (Go Buccos!). Parking was right outside the front door and Deutschtown is such a unique and historic community in Pittsburgh. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. We had a great stay and would be happy to come back again!”

“Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.”

“My family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) stayed here for 2 days while on a prospective college visit to Pitt. We loved the space, the kitchen (we cooked dinner both nights), the layout, and the coziness of the accomodations. My teenagers loved the large theater-style screen for watching movies, and my husband and I loved the beautiful building, the architectural features, and how comfortable everything was. No details were spared, and the coffee was especially wonderful! If our daughter ends up……

“We are very happy with our stay. However, the feet of our kids became black due to floors were not mopped. Otherwise, it we are all satisifed.”

“Just as advertised, safe neighborhood close to restaurants on the north side of the river. The third floor allows a nice view of the city skyline and as a bonus no neighbors upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The AC wasn't working properly when we arrived but we let the property manager know and he was swift to respond. Very easy check in and out.”

“The directions were perfect. The check in process was confusing. The place appeared clean until you looked fuy. Numerous hairballs, dirty towels in closet, bathroom weeds a deep scrub, hair in tub and floor”

“The property owners and managers provided a comfortable, clean space. We found them generally supportive and responsive. We anticipate future guests will not find a better property or value for their money. Parking was easy and everything was either within walking distance, an engaging bus ride, or short drive. As an additional bonus, we greatly appreciate their demonstrated commitment to help strengthen the Northside neighborhood of Pittsburgh. ”
