“The hotel was very quiet when we were there as it was the end of the season. The staff were all great. I missed not having a kettle in the room especially when a cup of tea at the bar cost €6.50 Pool was lovely but a bit cold. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well there. The location is fantastic.”

“Heater in room not working ; asked for extra bed linen and the hotel had to be reminded twice Room is basic - no tea making facilities Duvets are hard !”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“Ich hab kurzfristig gebucht und ein super Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbenutzung bekommen. bekommen. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstrasse und ausserhalb von Zell am See. Weil ich müde war, hab ich dort gegessen, obwohl mir das Interieur überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Ich hatte ein tadelloses Steak, und auch das Frühstück war sehr okay. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.”
