“The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. We had to call the administrator of the place from the train station, after we had checked out, because our son had left his phone inside and Amelie, who also spoke English was very respectful, understanding, and……

“Kleine, zweckmäßige Zimmer mit sehr guten Matrazen, mehr braucht man nicht. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Check-In und Check-Out kontaktlos und problemlos. In den Straßen rund ums Hotel kostefreie Parkplätze, zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten bis in die City. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Eines nur, es wäre schön wenn das Hotel eine Anfrage per Mail 6 Tage vor Anreise beantworten könnte, das zu ignorieren ist schlechter Stil. Gesamteindruck trotzdem top!”

“They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.”
