“Good place to stay ”

“It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response……

“Very caring staff providing quality services. Their services and attention to details are exceptional good which bring comfort to a elder guest who travels all the way from Hong Kong to Beijing just to watch the wonderful matches performed by the World’s best table tennis players.”

“My room #502, upper unit #602 was extremely noisy from 9:00pm to 12:30am, I called the front desk asking for change different room, but I had to wait for another 30 minutes. It was a very bad experience. This hotel’s sound insulation is poor. ”

“入住當天已經看到洗手間的浴架上有兩個已用完的浴帽， 住了兩晚走的時候那兩個浴帽務還在。 第一天洗澡用完的沐浴露，是已用完沒有關蓋的， 第二天 housekeeping竟然把用完的沐浴露蓋好並返回原位， 害我洗澡沒有沐浴露用！ 枕頭有臭味， 恐怕也是沒有換枕頭套”

“The hotel is great, in terms of location (personal reason), convenience, as well as neatness. Only one thing I found less convenient, which is, there is no make-up mirror which you can draw closer to your face. You have to lean forward quite a bit to see clearly if your vision is not so good. :) Other than that, everything is perfect. ”

“東横インのような感じのビジネスホテルです。 親切でした。 地図ではホテルが莲宝路と莲宝東路の交差点にあるように表示されますが、そこにはスーパーがあります。実際にホテルがあるのはひとつ西側の莲宝中路です。 ホテルの南800mには銀座和諧というショッピングモールがあります。 最寄り駅は南に1.3kmの六里橋駅でB2出入口です。 2025年1月時点でホテルから北京西駅までのタクシー代は13元。 北京首都空港までのタクシー代は164元で所要時間は約45分でした。”

“Hôtel plutôt bien même si on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs depuis les chambres côté rue. J'ai attendu des heures pour que l'hôtel identifie ma réservation, hotels.com n'arrivait pas à les joindre et ce fut très long ce qui gâche l'expérience ”

“住的不错 前台的Iris 和 Ethan 很热情招待。知道我第二天的商务活动比较晚，特别同意我可以在12点后才退房，第一同意之后，当我很难为情的提出希望更晚点时，Iris也帮我申请做到了。非常感谢，一次不错的体验。 ”

“It’s a holiday inn so you know what you’re getting. The room wasn’t so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners. My issue is they were doing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked. One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff. Was insanely dusty and dirty because of construction. Should really have been mentioned before any……
