"Top class services since check in by Ms.Summer, she knew what we need before we arrive , upon we r booking our Lunch and Dinner in 3/F and 58/F Respectively , Chen Chen and Amy did their best to serve us in whole process , this is our Double celebration events there, both of them represented an excellent services. Must go back in short period of time ,that's pretty sure for us."

"While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs.
Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us.
The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall"
