“This is a very nice place to stay. When reading the description, it states 1 locked bedroom and 1 bathroom and shows pictures of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio. It does not say, 6 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with rented rooms. There was approximately 10 people in the house with 2.5 baths. It worked out fine but I didn’t realize that this was a room rental. The stay was pleasant. I just like to know what I am renting when I agree to a rental. Just want others to be aware.”

“We thought we booked a house but it was only a room. 3 other people in the house thought the same thing. We were sent a text the day before check in asking if we were aware it was only a room rental and the house would be shared. At that late notice what were we to do? There were 6 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathroom. This sort of booking is unsafe and unacceptable. We booked two nights but only stayed one night due to some circumstances that scared us. This should not be allowed to happen to anyone……

“Good location and overall a pleasant stay.Back yard was not used but there were tumbleweeds, trash, and the sitting area was not too inviting but it was windy when we were there. There aren’t lamps in some of the rooms so plan on keeping the main light on if you’ll be needing any kind of night during the evening and night time. Coffee maker is a Keurig which is fine but bring pods as there are none in the home. Home is spacious and lots of sitting room. Appreciated the friendly neighbors and……

“This place was absolutely amazing. Beautiful view, accommodating host. Very peaceful and me and my son had an amazing time. Not too far from Albuquerque either Uber still picked us up from here. Extremely inexpensive for what you're getting. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. You just have to provide your own Wi-Fi though is all so if you don't have hotspot you don't get to watch TV”
