"Todo hubiera estado perfecto si tuvieran mas cuidado con la higiene de las sabanas y almohadas estas ultimas nada comodas y olian feo por este detalle pensaria volver a reservar ya que en este sentido si valoro que la limipieza en la ropa de cama sea mucho mejor, solo en este aspecto tiene su area ..."

"The room is small, the towels are broken, the hairdryer is broken. Checkin on 11pm, but I had to wait the man who looks like sleepy and just throw the room card to me and said nothing."

"We had the best time at Casa Serdán! The location cannot be beat. It is within walking distance to everything. The property was clean and the host was amazing with how responsive they were to everything. We would absolutely stay here again if we end up back in Morelia!!"
