“Clean and quiet with good-sized rooms. Not sure where the food complaints came from in other reviews. Breakfast was great with eggs, meats and breads. Coffee could be personalized out of a single cup serve machine with a variety of lattes and espresso based options. Front desk was efficient and helpful. If I have one suggestion, the pillows could be better but great stay.”

“Great hotel very near to the Balaton. The breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic. Several options, there is some excellent local food for all tastes. The beach is of walking distance as most everything is nearby. Highly recommend!”

“It was wonderful, the hotel is located just minutes from the beach, breakfast was delicious with home backed goods. The hotel has a great wellness area with whirlpools, jacuzzi and saunas. Everything was clean and very good. The staff was professional and friendly at the same time. ”

“Hotel Mayer Alsoors exceeded our expectations! The hotel staff was wonderful about transporting us to and from the train station in the hot weather. Great location just 1 mile from the marina, train/bus station and close to restaurants. The hotel property is stunning and maintained beautifully. Our room was good size, very clean with comfortable linens and pillows. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and enjoying the swim up bar. “Communication is not easy. You cannot text cause the number listed does bit work. Could not find the wifi password, contacted property multiple times and no response. Expedia could not contact them. The property is great but do not expect a response if anything is goes wrong or if assistance is needed. ”
