I would say the hardware of this hotel could be further maintained but the software was very great!! The check in staff were energetic, helpful and kind!! I could feel their sincere welcome! And thank you for the welcome drink too!! This hotel is high accessible. Overall, a satisfactory stay!

服務超好,飯店美麗又現代化，使用iPhone 控制，心情愉快！整潔，早餐十分可口，每様都精緻，雖然種類沒有很多，但樣樣好吃，尤其可以自行點各種蛋的作法，有高級享受的感覺。

Kaiserhof位置靜中帶旺，樓下轉角就是超市，離地鐵只是數分鐘路程，可步行至市中心，搭地鐵去美泉宮或多瑙島都很方便。房間比較小，但也算舒適，夏天冷氣很足，也有浴缸消除疲勞。早餐極棒，連汽酒也有供應，環境又美；同層的酒吧也不錯，Expedia訂房可獲welcome drinks。最後要讚前台服務人員非常親切，如果再去維也納也會再入住這裡。

"Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist modern ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte jedoch etwas größer sein. Wir hatten für 4 Wochen gebucht und auf Anfrage vor der Buchung wurde von der Vermietungsagentur bestätigt, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Golf-Klubhaus zur Verfügung steht.
