房間整潔，面積偏細，地理位置方便，但我們住2樓房間的窗外就是2樓露天花園，早餐時間由7時許開始，住客可以選擇在露天花園用餐，因此用餐的人和房間內的人只有一窗之隔，加上瑞士少開冷氣、多開窗，房間內正在睡覺的人很容易被用餐人士嘈醒。房間內沒有雪櫃，整體性價比低。

Cleanliness is an issue.

General comments for my stays in the past week. The service was good. However, the Room facilities and cleanliness needs to be lift up immediately. 1. Stains and hair found on the sofa. 2. Wine cellar ventilation fan was noisy which woke me up during the night on my 1st stay. 3. Toilet bowl cover loosened. 4. Stains and hair found in a towel. 5. Curtains in the bathroom was dirty. 6. Basin was stained 7. Hair dryer was very dirty and dusty. 8. Stain found on the bed board. 9. There are screw holes in the bathroom wall that were not finished.

It is our second time back to the hotel and we loved it here. We booked the owner’s suite previously and this time round we booked both the owner’s suite and Tower suite. Lovely staff and walkable to tourist attractions.

Hôtel Boutique Wellenberg à Zurich se démarque des autres par son emplacement près de la cathédrale, de la gare de trains, des attraits touristiques et de la zone restos- terrasses où l’on retrouve les meilleurs restos de fondues et de raclettes juste en face de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses, l’ameublement confortable, chambre de bain en équipée, le décor de la chambre est minimalisme par ses tableaux surprenants. La propreté des lieux est remarquable. L’hôtel dispose d’une terrasse extérieure pour se reposer, tables et chaises confortables pour prendre un apéro et manger. L’hôtel nous offre le p’tit déjeuner formule buffet ou à la carte, on peut aussi utiliser la terrasse extérieure. Le personnel est dévoué et sympathique. Anciennement, en 1905 un cinéma occupait la bâtisse, en 1940 un magasin entrepôt, par la suite cet immeuble a subit plusieurs transformations et est devenu Hôtel Boutique Wellenberg. Pour un séjour agréable à Zurich, c’est un excellent choix.

Great location, great people. Only issues we had were that the bedding fits the mattresses so poorly that you constantly have to fix them, and the portable a/c units they have (summer heat wave) sound like a freight train and barely cool the room down even when going full blast all night long. Also we found that the breakfast eggs and bacon had a tendency to repeat on you, so we were careful in our choices going forward.

Hotel was very charming. Staff was super friendly and nice. Great location, easy walking to shops and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Room was a bit small, but had all conveniences needed. The only inconvenience was the whole lobby was completely closed during our stay (for some filming project). So we were not able to enjoy the lounge and sitting areas with views of the city streets from our hotel which was disappointing.
