"The beds were way too soft really sunk into the bed. No firmness. Asked the hotel about it and they said all the beds are the same. If you have back problems not the best by far. The rest of the room was great and the casino was so nice with no smoke."

"We had a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom. So we told the front desk, who sent over there engineer who was unable to fix the problem. So they moved us to a better room with a view of the lake at no extra charge. The staff is extremely nice. I would be very happy to stay here again ..."
