helpful staff very good value
"staff are great and helpful the only issue i had was other family guests of a minority background letting there kids run around and bang about until quite late, but to be very fair to the staff due to an issue with my room lock (which they sorted) they did offer to move me to a different room. all ..."

bad service, not recommend
"all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night"

"Everything was pretty good. Only issue was the initial communication, which got better after some light probing. Definitely a place we'd happily return to and would wnjoy staying at again."
