“This was my first stay. Friendly and helpful reception experience. Lovely spacious room with all facilities needed including ample wardrobe space with hangers and iron/ironing board. Good views from top floor and fantastic aircon which was very much needed as it was a London heatwave. All employees were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very friendly welcome from employees and locals in the bar during the evenings. Would highly recommend.”

“Easy to get to and with good links to the various parts of Bedfordshire, it was an ideal property for my stay given it's proximity to the location I needed to visit the following morning. The room had all that I needed for my stay including complimentary shower gels, water, tea & coffee offerings and the breakfast menu was varied enough that I had a good choice to choose from.”

"all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night "
