“all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night ”

“The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.”

“I found the hotel to have a very new looking and modern decor. The room was very comfortable. My dinner was tasty and enjoyable. The morning coffee was nice however, the cooked items were over cooked- some were burnt infact. Saddly the hash browns were burnt and inedible... a real shame. The pastrys and fruits were fine and typical for this type of hotel chain. Over all, yes I will stay again and recommend this hotel. ”

“Wow such an amazing place to stay, all the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly Room was very modern with everything we needs and was so comfortable having a child with autism can nearly always bring us challenges when staying away but he loved it settled in well - perfect for us was that he could log in to his own Netflix on the TV and chill for the night. Highly recommended place to stay and only a 5 min drive to Happy Potter Studios ”

The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. ”
