My only negative comments 1: I couldnt get my room ventilation to cool. It appeared there was only heater mode. I stayed on a very warm night so would have been nice to have cooling. 2: The rooms facing south are noisy in the morning with delivery trucks which start very early before 0700 - surprisingly noisy. “Perfect for the service and room upgrade because of VIP access availability. The staff suggested us to enjoy a discount prices with breakfast that was totally worth. Everything awesome but maybe the shower//water temperature could be better. Will stay again next time.”
