“The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again. ”

“I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in……
