伦敦肯辛顿大街附近酒店

"We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water. 10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience. "

"terrible small room and shower room, old facilitites : air conditioner unbelieable noisy, bed is small and soft. no space for your luggages, windows edges terrible condition. shower heads lack of quality and sprey water everywhere. "

"酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。"
