“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……

“Cozy apartment, conveniently located in Earl’s Court, short walking distance to the tube. The place is small but has most of what you need. Appreciate the small cooktop and microwave so we can prepare simple meals and breakfast. Despite the double glazing windows, road noises can still be heard. It was fine for me, but for others this maybe an issue. The blinds are not full shades, so it gets bright when sun is out. The elevator was out of service for the entire time of our 7 days stay (does……

“The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. ”
