“Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby. Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared. The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube……

“A very nicely furnished hotel which is centrally located in the city. Just minutes off walk to Nottinghill Gate Station. Environment was nice but upon arriving my room, there were two flies inside and I spent quite some time getting them away. “I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……
