“The Petersham was a perfect stop on our longer journey. The hotel is in a beautiful and walkable area of Richmond, close to the river, shops, pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself clearly has a lot of history and as such is an older building. When we visited it was incredibly hot and the hotel has no air-conditioning except in the restaurant. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant staff in particular helped us navigate our gluten free dietary requirements safely. I would definitely stay……

“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”

“So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and……

Bon accueil, les membres du staff du restaurant ont été très bien, accueillants et chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive à 21h15. Chambre confortable et silencieuse malgré la proximité de la route. 4 étoiles a cause du parking cher (15 £)”

“Nice bathroom shower, but water damage and bugs on trim, stained carpet, marks on walls, staff said air conditioning was on- it was not”

“Friendly staff, and the room is ok. The water in the shower is very weak and we can't control the temperature so we have to leave window opens to get some fresh air but it does get quite noisy”
