“Just had a one night stay in Henry’s townhouse in the James room. very comfortable room, very comfortable bed- exceptionally clean with a good size bathroom and excellent walk in shower. Love this property, felt like a home from home really interesting to look in each different reception room with its various knickknacks and artwork. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful couldn’t really fault it in anyway. would happily return another time”

“The Lanesborough Hotel offers a luxurious experience with impeccable service and elegant surroundings. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and provide all the comforts expected from a five-star property. However, the experience was slightly marred by condensation on the windows, which obscured the otherwise stunning view. Additionally, while the butler service was attentive, there were moments when the eagerness of the staff, particularly in their attempts to be helpful, felt a bit……

“The hotel facilities are great. The overall services are excellent, especially bellman Ricky and doorman are very helpful. But the recep desk has some issues there. Checked me into a dirty room (being cleaned), and no apology from anyone from reception ! ”

“A great place to stay in the heart of London if you just want a bed for the night. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There is no furniture and the rooms are very compact but perfect if all you want is a good nights sleep.”

“We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. “Our family stayed for a week this Dec 2024. The property is in a prime location, and walking distance to anything you may need. The hotel is remarkable, clean, and decorated with amazing pieces. The staff made us feel at home, safe, and welcome. They covered all our requests without hesitation. We will return and would certainly recommend this to anyone. Cheers!”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time. ”

“伦敦拱门酒店属于世界小型奢侈酒店，房间数不多。位于海德公园演讲角附近，离红线marble arch站步行5分钟左右，周围是居民区比较安静，不远处有TESCO超市。离帕丁顿站打车不到十分钟，6人座uber9英镑。服务人员都比较热情，含的早餐有免费点单热食。不过，从地铁站走到酒店的路上要小心，遇到过一次小偷，幸好及时发现。”

“非常靠近火車站，員工很友善。我們下午4點飛機，他們願意讓我們晚一小時，中午12點才退房，提供了我們的需求，使我們上午不需要去寄放行李和白白浪費時間在機場等候，可以有多餘的時間留覽倫敦景點。靠近地鉄，火車站，非常方便。房間小了點但是整個設施都很新穎，床很舒服。強力推薦！”
