“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”

“Stayed 3 nights in August. I wanted a smallish hotel in London where I'd have easy access to transportation but also not in the heart of tourism. This hotel fit the bill perfectly! Easy walk to the underground, good coffee right down the street, quiet and safe at night (after the theatre), and comfortable beds. As my husband said, it had everything we wanted and not a lot that we didn't need. ”
