“首先話冇我的房種同家人同層, 如要同層有另一間, 員工話一樣, 沒有太大分別, 但入面根本細好多, 完全不一樣, 入面所有嘢都爛容容似的 這房不應拎出嚟租出.. 跟住要求換房, 房種跟我訂的一樣, 但冷氣好嘈. 家人房間, 水壓不足 樓下餐廳食物質素差. 這個價錢跟服務完全不成正比. 叫MARRIOTT 但完全不是一間MARRIOTT 的standard ”

“Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in……

“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view.
