“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”

“首先話冇我的房種同家人同層, 如要同層有另一間, 員工話一樣, 沒有太大分別, 但入面根本細好多, 完全不一樣, 入面所有嘢都爛容容似的 這房不應拎出嚟租出.. 跟住要求換房, 房種跟我訂的一樣, 但冷氣好嘈. 家人房間, 水壓不足 樓下餐廳食物質素差. 這個價錢跟服務完全不成正比. 叫MARRIOTT 但完全不是一間MARRIOTT 的standard ”

“很晚才辦理入住手續竟然被安排非常吵鬧的房間，周邊不斷聽到走動的躁音。服務人員卻缺乏同理心，更換房間時態度不耐，櫃檯人員作業生疏 需在旁supervisor逐步提點教導，十分不專業。”

“Wonderful staff and a very comfortable and beautifully decorated clean room. The only negative thing I can think of is that our rooms (and we did not opt for the basic options) were extremely small and compact. I have never stayed in a hotel room so small.”
