“首先話冇我的房種同家人同層, 如要同層有另一間, 員工話一樣, 沒有太大分別, 但入面根本細好多, 完全不一樣, 入面所有嘢都爛容容似的這房不應拎出嚟租出.. 跟住要求換房, 房種跟我訂的一樣, 但冷氣好嘈. 家人房間, 水壓不足樓下餐廳食物質素差. 這個價錢跟服務完全不成正比. 叫MARRIOTT 但完全不是一間MARRIOTT 的standard ”

“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”
