“Just had a one night stay in Henry’s townhouse in the James room. very comfortable room, very comfortable bed- exceptionally clean with a good size bathroom and excellent walk in shower. Love this property, felt like a home from home really interesting to look in each different reception room with its various knickknacks and artwork. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful couldn’t really fault it in anyway. would happily return another time”

“I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! “The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak.
