“The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking.
The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.”
“Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. ”
“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise.
However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us.

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”
“Excellent location. The kitchenette was a plus. However, there was only 1 drop-off spot in front of the hotel so it wasn't convenient to load your luggage. ”
