“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in……

“Excellent location with the tube and Oxford Street just a few metres from the door. Staff are attentive and pleasant. The hotel service is so nice and welcoming and the rooms are fantastically designed, absolutely spotless and super comfy. One of the best nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. The only downside I think is the restaurant. I'm not sure if it is actually a part of the hotel or just affiliated but it wasn't quite the same as the hotel. The wait staff were fantastic and really nice……
