“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. “The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”

“地點很好，附近有地鐵站，出街口還有巴士113号去Oxford street,非常方便！接待員很友善，我還未夠時間check-in都提早給房間我們，還幫我們upgrade大一點的房間，雖住在2樓，他還幫我們搬行李。房間不大但係要用的東西都有，浴室，小櫥櫃清潔得很乾淨！去水很好沒有塞！like!”
