“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”

“Very good property and location with helpful staff. Apartment 11 was spacious and clean. Only issue was en-suite door handle/lock was in need of repair and shower head stream was difficult to adjust. Overall though, we would stay here again. ”
