“Our stay was lovely however we only stayed one night did not use a lot of the facilities.”

“Pleasant stay, easy parking in front of the hotel, quick and easy check in from friendly staff. Clear instructions were given on the layout of the hotel, where all the facilities were, opening times of restaurants etc. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was cramped and in need of updating (old shower over bath design).”

“My family of four adults plus one friend had a great stay at Camusmore House for a week in March. The house was terrific, layout was great for our needs, and there were plenty of everything to self-cater for a week. We had some issues with the heater the first couple of days and nights, but the hosts were extremely active in communicating with us to try simple solutions, and in the end they brought in a professional repair technician who promptly fixed an issue in the boiler. Problem solved and……

“Room could have been cleaned to a higher standard, dust behind the tv and in various places. bathroom had mould in the shower and sealant needs replacing in a number of areas. Constant foghorn type noise emanating from the ground floor of Oakham block. ”

“This property is not what I expected—the old house part of the building is beautiful and the view from the hotel is beautiful too! But the property has added wings that are architectural mismatched and it gives a strange ambiance. There are conditional issues such as stained carpeting in hallways, but rooms are nice and comfortable. Service is a mixed bag—-valet and baggage guys were great…retail shop clerk was super nice….front desk was adequate but not friendly and didn’t try to make you feel……
