“Hotel was great-location was great also! But there is lots of street / sidewalk construction and our Ubers and taxis could not get through to pick us up or for Drop offs… ”

“Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room.”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“nice staff and comfortable room with balcony. however, double beds are combined by two single beds which were not very comfortable”

“IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. ”

“The hotel’s location is so convenient. Most of the main scene is just within walking distance, in addition to numerous bus stations and Metro station nearby. Various shops and restaurants meet our requirement. Most of all, we would like to give our appreciation to the hotel’s staff, esp. Romina, who made us feel warm while touring in Rome! I would recommend Suite Dream to my friends.”
