“距离卡塔尼亚中央站大概2分钟步行距离，酒店不大，服务态度不错，设施比较老，但也能接受。唯一的缺点是空调不制冷，只能吹风，晚上会有点热。”

“È ovvio che non è un posto comune,non è un hotel di lusso, io viaggio da 25 anni per lavoro in tutto il Mondo, sono stato nei migliori 5 stelle e negli Hotel Indiani con topi nella hall della reception,insomma le ho provate tutte, qui al Beteya mi sono trovato bene,forse perché ho una mentalità aperta,dell'essenziale,non mi frega niente del lusso, quello che cerco è una camera pulita,un letto e una doccia, e qui c'è tutto, hanno spiaggia per gli ospiti dell'ostello,parcheggio,si può cenare bene……

“Bel hôtel, personnel très aimable, belle piscine, avec un patio privé sur la côte rocheuse vraiment très beau et très pratique pour se baigner dans l’eau turquoise de la mer. Plusieurs bars, chambres propres avec de jolies boiseries, du marbre, et un charme à la Sicilienne. Situé un peu loin du centre ville, mais avec cependant de très jolis endroits (rues, petit ports, coins baignade et restaurants) à proximité immédiate.”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”

“What a gem. The room was comfortable and easy to locate. Manuela, our host, was wonderful to communicate with and was very helpful! Breakfast was simple but welcome each morning. I appreciated the amenities in the common space. Close to all attractions! ”

“My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for……

“We were a little leery arriving after hours but the instructions we received were fantastic and we appreciated the communication before, during and after our stay. This place is a hidden gem with its fountain the courtyard and amazing views. We appreciated the elevator as we had heavy luggage. Our room was very nice and extremely clean. Large beautiful white doors opened to a balcony overlooking the square. It was very conveniently located to many restaurants. We appreciated our one night……

“Vores ophold på B&B Oriental Palace oversteg alle forventninger. Lucilla, vores vært, sørgede for at vi fik en fantastisk oplevelse. Hun er så venlig og hjælpsom, og sørger for at værelset er skinnende rent. Alle faciliteter er i orden og indretningen er meget stilfuld. Vi nød også at der var en altan med udsigt til Etna til den ene side og havet til den anden. Placeringen er meget central med gåafstand til den gamle bydel og til offentlig transport.”
