“La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip. ”

“Beautiful hotel - my 5th visit to Taormina and I have always stayed in different hotels. Hotel Villa Carlotta is my new favourite! Really welcoming staff both in reception and at the restaurant. Apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Had a fantastic meal at the restaurant - what an absolutely stunning (and very romantic!) setting!
