“A 20 room hotel on 2 floors with an elevator located in a palazzo owned by the Curia Family( owner is a Baron). Beautiful breakfast room painted with 100 year old murals in the Baroqe style. A wonderful breakfast buffet with pastries, cakes, fruit, cheeses, cured meats, juices , hard cooked eggs, yogurt, selection of coffees and teas and marinated vegetables and cold cereals. “Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina.”

But, if a writing table is provided will be better. Also, its a bit noisy in morning when someone showering, the sounds of water tubes quite large. ”

But the hosts are nice, the rooms are good and I enjoyed my time there. People need to read reviews and prepare before booking places.
