“Das Apartment in guter Lage entsprach unseren Erwartungen, war neu, funktionell sowie modern eingerichtet und mit Backofen, Klimaanlagen und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet, wenn auch -wie so häufig und speziell in Italien- nicht wirklich zum dort richtig kochen eingerichtet, wobei unser Vermieter sofort von uns vermisste Utensilien besorgt und gebracht hat. Sowieso war dieser immer erreichbare Kontakt sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort vorbildlich, er hat nicht nur gute Empfehlungen, sondern auf……

“We appreciated the host Furio helping us with parking and giving us an orientation to the apartment and area. He also helped with recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, close enough to all the “action” but far enough away to be a nice restful place away from the crowds. ”

“While the location was a 10 to 15 minute walk from the center, it was easy to find our way. There are many stairs down to the center and many more back up to the apartment. Being on the top floor allowed for views, be prepared for carrying all luggage up multiple flights. Rooms are a bit smaller than they look, but the apartment is very well appointed.Michael was very responsive and very helpful in arranging rides to Giardini Naxos. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The location in the heart of a small town, the beautiful outside area, the communication with the owner were all excellent. However, we were not prepared for such a tiny kitchen (what you see in the photo is all you get!), the upstairs bedroom has a downstairs bathroom (that is not clear in the listing) and there is only AC in the upstairs bedroom. Overall the villa seems a little small for 4 bedrooms, but we loved our stay and really enjoyed all the positives.”

“The bedside lamp was not working. There are no restaurants in the approximately and they only serve paninis. It has a beautiful view but it is quite the drive to get up there. The credit machine was not working so we had to pay cash. ”

“Das Haus ist liebevoll und detailreich renoviert, die Lage in der Obstplantage mit Blick auf den Ätna sicher einzigartig. Wir hatten genug Platz für alle 9 Personen. Es war etwas schwierig, das Haus warm zu bekommen, aber mit steigenden Außentemperaturen wurde es wärmer. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen perfekt”
