“We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto.”
