“The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.”

The property location was second to none, and the envy of the thousands of tourists passing by the luxurious front gate and vine covered portico. The staff anticipated every need and request and attended immediately to any comment or request. Food was exceptional thanks no doubt to the Michelin rated chef. “Beautiful hotel - my 5th visit to Taormina and I have always stayed in different hotels. Hotel Villa Carlotta is my new favourite! Really welcoming staff both in reception and at the restaurant. Apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Had a fantastic meal at the restaurant - what an absolutely stunning (and very romantic!) setting!
