“Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina.”

“O Agriturismo Virdamuri é excelente. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pela Lella e pelo Fausto. Nos ajudaram a tracar roteiros pela região e Lella nos deu inúmeras dicas de restaurantes que utilizamos e aprovamos. Local muito bonito, bem cuidado e totalmente seguro. Eu com toda certeza me hospedaria novamente. Só tenho a agradecer a acolhida excelente e os momentos lindos que passamos por lá. Super recomendo!”

“Very nice boutique hotel. We stayed in the pool suite. The pool was very beautiful with great view of orchards and ocean. The sauna was very. Steam shower was not working properly and shower doors kept getting stuck to open. The room gets very hot because of orientation. A/C only works if you call the lobby the controls did not work in the room. Overall nice spaciouse rooms with minor details with the shower doors and A/C”

“Property is pleasant. The staff makes every effort to help. The location is not good to say the least. It is in Giarre which is a town that does not warrant to be visited. All access roads to the hotel are narrow and full of potholes and other damages. Without a GPS you will never find it. Not the fault of the hotel but it makes a stay there more complex.”

“The place is nice and the prices is good. The staff was very nice and the food was good. I would stay here again. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and have everything you need. The property is nice to walk and the farm employees were very welcoming. ”

“This is a beautiful property where we, unfortunately, stayed on Easter Sunday. We will planning a trip to Mt. Etna on 4/21, so it seemed like a good choice for the day before. We had hoped we could be accommodated at their restaurant since we were staying at the hotel, but we were told it was full. Had we known the time we would arrive, we could have made a reservation but we were traveling from Cefalu through mountains and had no idea when we would arrive. We think they could have had one……

“Hello, our best hotel in Sicily (on a total of four) the only black point was the secondary sofa bed the spring bed was really uncomfortable. Main bed (rond) was perfect. Room at the 4th floor was large and practical. Terrasse view to the Etna north face is amazing. Welcoming staff with great care. The Gatto blue restaurant was really good not so expensive in regard to other place we visit in Sicily. Globally the customer experience was delightful.”

“This is a room and ensuite in an apartment where other bedroom(s) are rented to other travelers. There is a shared living room which all guests enter to go to their respective rooms. Rooms are spare and clean. Location is quiet and walkable to shopping and dining. Breakfast is left in your room. Coffee maker, electric kettle, an assortment of packaged cakes, rolls, pastries, some jams, teas and coffee pods. Water, milk, juice boxes in refrigerator. No night light to find your way to……
