“Do not carry large suitcase as there have many many stone steps and extremely difficult to carry all the way along to hotel as google maps might fake you the wrong way. Besides of this, hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is good.”

“The building itself is charming but the room we had could have used some work. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower head was leaking. The door to the bathroom had quite a bit of wear. Overall could have used some TLC. The room was also very small. The smallest on our trip. The spa was nice but the tub was a bit dirty, and as others noted it is not a hot tub, rather just room temperature. The area also wasn’t the greatest. While there was restaurants nearby this was a bit off the……

“such a beautiful new hotel! I enjoy the stay so so much! a warm welcome by the front staff during the checkin. lovely room and around 10mins walk from terminal. not too near and not too far. outside is bus station / train station, but I do enjoy the Florence walk instead of taking any transportation. Value for money, surely will stay again when I come visit Florence next time. ”
