“This hotel is FABULOUS!!! From the moment you drive in you realize you are someplace truly special! The grounds are so grren, well groomed and lush! The staff greet you like YOU are special!! The rooms are giorgeous!! Beautiful marble bathroom! The dining experience was the best! We cant wait to return to this very special place!!!!”

“The building itself is charming but the room we had could have used some work. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower head was leaking. The door to the bathroom had quite a bit of wear. Overall could have used some TLC. The room was also very small. The smallest on our trip. The spa was nice but the tub was a bit dirty, and as others noted it is not a hot tub, rather just room temperature. The area also wasn’t the greatest. While there was restaurants nearby this was a bit off the……

“我們住三晚，mini bar的飲料是免費的，不過第一天喝完之後的後兩天都沒有補滿了，有點小氣。服務親切相當不錯。客房舒適缺點是隔音差。櫃檯距離房門口只有2m，太可怕了。地理位置不錯走5～10就可以到達公車集中處及捷運站”

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……
