“Ariana and Armando are the host of the guest house and Ariana is amazing! She was very helpful with coordinating check in time and if your room is not ready she will let you leave your bags until it is, and if the room is ready early she will let you in it. The price was fair and I would definitely come back again. The area it’s self was a little sketchy at first because there is so much graffiti but it’s a great stay 5 min walk from the coliseum and once you pass Piazza Venezia you are 5-10……

“Leuk hotel en gezellige buurt, in de avond wel wat rumoerig. De staff is erg goed, persoonlijk en vriendelijk. Goede tips en hulp bij bv openbaar vervoer of boeken van taxi. Kamers top, schoon, goed bed, goede douche, kluisje op kamer. We konden het helaas niet koel krijgen en er was weinig opbergruimte. Leuk dat er korte excursies worden aangeboden, door enthousiaste begeleider.”

“This place was perfect for A 3 night stay in the beautiful city of Rome Will definitely come back again. Only critique I have is that the mattress was slightly hard. Great communication and the building itself is historical and full of character with an incredible view and atmosphere. ”

“1. The hotel is located by the wall of forum. We opened windows, we saw the wall. Feels like living in the live museum, very nice. 2. Neighborhood is very convinient, restaurants are everywhere. 3.Hotel room facilities are very neat and clean. Overall, very good stay in this hotel.”

“Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. ”

“This hotel was located just steps away from the Colosseum. It has a nicely decorated lobby and sitting area. There was a breakfast buffet that offered lots of items to choose from - coffee, tea, juice, eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, etc. They also had a nice little cocktail bar. Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were a nice size with shower gel, towels and a hair dryer. The staff was very nice when checking in and helping us with anything we needed, including providing us……
