“The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff welcoming and accommodating even before check-in in /by phone/ easy to contact them anytime. Lucia and Cristian professional and provide excellent service. I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing and the distance to Vatican possible to walk also. All rooms are brand-new, were very clean, spacious, and had all amenities we need, like coffee, tea, cookies. I highly recommend it! I i love♥️”

“The location of this hotel is perfect, a ten minute walk to the Colosseum and Pantheon etc, it is also on the main shopping street, some great shops nearby. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby too. Tommaso was a superb host, extremely helpful and courteous. I would stay here again upon my next visit.”

“This is a hotel worthy to be recommended highly. My daughter and I spent a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel in Sept. 2016. “Luca is very kind and friendly, let us check-in early before official check-in time. The room is very big, clean, morden and so comfortable. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is very close to Metro Barbarini, however the station is closed one day before we arrival due to some accident, and we need to walk for 10 mins from previous station to the hotel but never mind~it is great stay in this hotel and will be back when we come to Roma again.”

“It was easy to check-in. We arrived late hours, no problem with entering the property. The room was big for the 3 of us and the bathroom is clean. Restaurants across the Guesthouse was very good. “The staff is outstanding. The property is quaint and very chic. The bathroom in my room was one of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I bragged to my friends and family back home with video tours! The Trevi Fountain is a few minutes walk away and I recommend eating at DeRoma on the ground floor. Amazing food and service.
