“My new home in Rome! Beautifully decorated, large suites. Luxurious bedding with evening turn down service. Gorgeous bathrooms and spa downstairs with steam room, sauna & heated plunge pool. Kind, accommodating staff. The breakfast is excellent and the wait staff is tip top. A few minor service details that they need to iron out, but they only opened in March. I also love the location, just set off from the Via del Corso with restaurants, shopping, strolling etc, but since the hotel is on the……

“床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”

“Grounds were remarkable, all areas were such a nice discovery and relaxing experience. Lunch was spectacular, dinner was OK, not as nice as lunch, expected a more relaxed casual meal vs the higher end menu. Complimentary spa service included was deceiving as it was just a to go packet do it your self mask left in the room, or a true “spa service”. Also property usage amenities were extra, which was a surprise since we were staying overnight. Bath samples were nice but not available for……

“IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. ”

“My stay was just fair. The services didn’t exceed expectations—staff members were doing their jobs but weren’t particularly attentive or going the extra mile. Given the high price, I expected a bit more in terms of hospitality and overall experience. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either—just an average stay but guess u have a better choice elsewhere in Rome ”
